This achievement is in fact a pan-Canadian project that we had to carry out twice, once at Estérel Spa resort, Qc and once at Fairmont Whistler, BC. This event took place over 2 days and was held in 3 rooms simultaneously.

We provided the installation and audiovisual operation there. Launch of a new collection and presentation of new collaborators. The room where the conference was held was transformed for the next day into a stage (catwalk) to show off new products.

The challenge was to coordinate the technical aspects with our colleagues in Whistler since the panoramic screens used for the projection during the first event at Estérel, 2 weeks before, were too high for the ceilings of the Fairmont Whistler. We solved this situation by opting for our LED wall in order to obtain the similarity of the 2 events as requested.
